Publications

Kai Purnhagen publishes frequently in both, international and national journals such as, for example, the European Law Journal, the European Journal of Risk Regulation, Europarecht, and the Zeitschrift für Europäisches Wirtschaftrecht. Addtionally, he has contributed to several edited volumes. His articles are frequently cited in highest court's decisions. In addition, Kai Purnhagen is associate editor of the European Journal of Risk Regulation and has been managing editor of the European Journal of Legal Studies in the year 2008-2009. He regularly acts as a reviewer on an ad hoc basis for several international peer-reviewed journals.
